We are delighted to announce the newest member of the Ankle & Foot Centers family, Dr. Jeffrey Mitchell!

Dr. Jeffrey Mitchell was born and raised in Southern Indiana, where he attended undergraduate school at the University of Southern Indiana. From there he attended Podiatry school at the William Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. He completed a three-year surgical residency at Rush University Medical Center under world renowned foot and ankle surgeons. Dr. Mitchell practiced in the Chicago area after residency and then relocated to middle Tennessee in 2016.

He is affiliated with Tristar Southern Hills Hospital, St Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN, Tristar Stonecrest Hospital and Physicians Pavillion Surgery Center in Smyrna, TN. His professional interests include adult and pediatric flatfoot deformity correction, sports medicine, diabetic limb salvage, and second opinions.

When he is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachel, and his dog, Pepper.
